God and God’s own Son, Jesus Christ, pour out blessings on believers in love and truth, displaying the attributes of grace, mercy and peace. Grace is unmerited divine favor. Mercy is pardon and forgiveness. Peace is a tranquility from a reconciliation with God. Common greetings in God’s Word, they are a foretaste of what will be perfected in eternity.
May you experience all His blessings in 2021 as we take a look at the combination of truth and the attributes of God. Truth is a universal topic we all seek to know and understand plus it is essential in keeping an intimate relationship with God, so we will look at the Scriptures and the words of Jesus for the significance of truth in our lives. In addition, the attributes of God are His characteristics that help explain His nature so we can better understand His truth and appreciate Him.
